- Recording
Enabling microphone permission ensures the authenticity of your ID and personal data, protects your
account,
and ensures a smooth lending experience.
- Camera
This permission allows us or our authorized agents to conduct your video KYC and also take screenshots
of
the original official verification documents you present during the video KYC process. Video KYC allows
you
to complete KYC digitally, seamlessly, and efficiently. Your video will be recorded and retained, and
used
for regulatory purposes along with screenshots of the verified original official documents.
- Mobile Number
We will use your phone's IMEI number to ensure that no other phone can be substituted for yours when
applying for a loan, thereby preventing fraud. We do not automatically obtain users' mobile phone
numbers to complete the application login page, nor do we store the data of applicants who are not
approved
for a loan. If you encounter difficulties, please upload your data to our servers (www.ziplinecredit.com) so that
our
external consultants can analyze your multiple lending risk and assess loan approval or prevent fraud.
- App Installation List
We collect and monitor your information in apps and financial applications, and upload it to our servers

encrypted
form to identify and analyze your behavior and risk, determine whether to process a loan, and help
prevent
fraud.

- Calendar
The system accesses your calendar for specific financial events (payment dates/bills) to provide you
with
intelligent payment reminders, effectively preventing overdue payments. Data collection is strictly
limited
to essential financial calendar events, encrypted and transmitted to a secure, authenticated terminal
(www.ziplinecredit.com), where it
is
stored and protected according to international data security standards.
- SMS
This app will encrypt and collect all of your financial-related text messages for the past 12 months and
securely transmit them to our member server (www.ziplinecredit.com) via HTTPS. We only process the six-digit alphanumeric sender
information (including phone number, name, content, and history) in your inbox. We filter and delete
personal SMS data on our servers and never share any data with third parties.
- Call Logs
Once you authorize us to access your call logs, we will conduct a voice call. The purpose of collecting call logs is to confirm that you are using your phone to install our app and to obtain the dynamic password verification record sent by our app.
